Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notice must include:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in question, unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that a lawsuit has been filed.
